MEET COURTNEY PETIT

Highland Park-based interior designer, Courtney Petit, is passionate about preserving Dallas’s beautiful, historic homes and bringing them to life for a new generation of families. Growing up the daughter of an antique dealer in Chicago, she fell in love with the character and beauty of historic homes as well as art history at an early age, spending a year in Florence, Italy studying architecture during college which led to a job at Christie’s Auction House in Washington, DC. Her love of travel and art continually enrich her perspective and breathe inspiration into her work.

Leaning on a 25-year corporate career with Goldman Sachs and JLL, Courtney seamlessly weaves business prowess, design acumen and historical preservation between being the founder and principal designer at Courtney Petit Design as well as working on the Board of Directors of Preservation Park Cities. Courtney believes that a client relationship built on integrity, transparency and superior communication is the foundation on which the best projects are built.

Recognized as one of Dallas’s premier designers by DHome, House Beautiful and Homeworthy, Courtney is known for creating timelessly-tailored spaces that feel personal and inviting.
